AFCEA DC Names 2025-2026 Executive Board
Leadership team to foster continued collaboration among industry and government
Washington, D.C., July 7, 2025 — AFCEA Washington, DC (AFCEA DC) has announced its elected executive board for 2024-2025. Board members were carefully selected to uphold AFCEA values and to meet mission requirements through advancing information technology, communications, and electronics capabilities.
Kevin Griffith will serve as President for the 2025-2026 term. Theresa Pines, Federal Sales Director at Axonius Federal Systems was selected as Executive Vice President and RJ Welsh, Vice President of Programs at Red River will serve in the Senior Vice President role.
AFCEA DC enables collaboration between military, government, industry, and academia through a variety of programs. The Chapter aims to align technology and strategy to meet mission requirements of the Department of War, Intelligence Community, and Homeland Security in the National Capital Region.
“AFCEA DC has been a huge part of shaping my career and I am thrilled and honored to be able to give back to the organization as President this year,” commented Griffith. “The experience and energy of this board will result in innovative programming and support for a government community looking to advance their missions.”
